Retail shopping revolutionized again.



What next, I wonder.   I'll miss the interaction with the checkers, however.   And no more of those jobs.  

The local supermarket here has been experimenting with self checkout, which I refuse to use as it is transparently meant to put the checkers on the street.   This tech, however, makes that look clunky and awkward by comparison, and will be irresistible to dinosaurs like me.

      Now it's Amazon's turn at "no more humans demanding off-the-wall wages.
