  2. The book title is NOT referencing Mona Lisa. According to everywhere, it's about a 10-year old girl named Mona. Mike Coté is a stupid twat who could have spent 14 seconds double-checking to save himself some embarrassment.

    1. Ok, sure, but what does the Vermeer painting have to do with it and why have that on the cover? I think that is the point being made, not asserting that the book is about Mona Lisa.

  3. Dude, Mona was a very popular chick’s name in 15th and 16th century Europe. Sorta like Jane or Muffy today.

  4. And a popular moniker for some women, as in , "She's hot to trot and a Mona too."

  5. And now only that,... half of those books were printed with the words upside down. Sheesh.
