  2. Wow! I'm drooling. Genuine question....why the egg? Here in Central Texas we have a restaurant that you can get sea food boiled in a bag. You then strap on a plastic bib and go to town. And they always include an egg in the mix.

  5. mindful of a "pull-out-the-stops" Peruvian seafood soup - Parihuela. Easily no room for an egg though! Chupe de Camerone - shrimp chowder - an integral ingredient of "chupe" is an egg stirred into the blend.
