And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Might be a rescue shelter now, but there is WAY too much work hauling, stacking, LARGE stones for a rescue shelter. Maybe built long ago for a Buddhist or Hindu holy man. Could be Tibet or the Himalayas.

We drive past Ben Nevis multiple tones in May while staying near there but did not venture to the top. I imagine that building is set so high because of the snow accumulation.
That first step out the door....
