Probably a rescue cabin for those lost in a storm

  3. Might be a rescue shelter now, but there is WAY too much work hauling, stacking, LARGE stones for a rescue shelter. Maybe built long ago for a Buddhist or Hindu holy man. Could be Tibet or the Himalayas.

    The image shows the summit shelter and cairn on Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Scotland and the British Isles.

      We drive past Ben Nevis multiple tones in May while staying near there but did not venture to the top. I imagine that building is set so high because of the snow accumulation.
