And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The plane is a Junkers G38, the radiators protruding from the bottom of the wing were lowered for more cooling, an idea which didn't stand the test of time. Most pre-war Mercedes had suicide doors so I'll guess this is a custom 710. Moving the solid front axle forward of the engine allowed the engine and the whole car to be lower.
