And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Pat that down with a combo of garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Then prepare a thyme butter sauce that is heavy on the thyme to coat the steak. Put it on the Recteq at 500 and turn it over after 6 minutes. Pull it off when the internal temp is 135- 140 which should be after another 5 or 6 minutes.
Just got back to my South Florida home from summer travels. GFCI feeding the garage freezer had tripped at some point - probably when the one AC condensing units gave up the ghost (that tripped the 2-pole 30 A breaker for the AC, and my guess is resulting power hiccup tripped the GFCI because none of the digital clocks were blinking - main house power never went off). So, goodbye to the 4 or 5 lbs of Wagu marbled prime beef that was in that freezer, along with assorted other rib eye, salmon, lamb and some ice cream. * sigh *
Note to self: never rely on a GFCI, they will break your heart every time. I lived in southwest FL 40 years and our freezer was on it's own designated circuit.
