Marbled, like marble.

  1. Pat that down with a combo of garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Then prepare a thyme butter sauce that is heavy on the thyme to coat the steak. Put it on the Recteq at 500 and turn it over after 6 minutes. Pull it off when the internal temp is 135- 140 which should be after another 5 or 6 minutes.

  3. Just got back to my South Florida home from summer travels. GFCI feeding the garage freezer had tripped at some point - probably when the one AC condensing units gave up the ghost (that tripped the 2-pole 30 A breaker for the AC, and my guess is resulting power hiccup tripped the GFCI because none of the digital clocks were blinking - main house power never went off). So, goodbye to the 4 or 5 lbs of Wagu marbled prime beef that was in that freezer, along with assorted other rib eye, salmon, lamb and some ice cream. * sigh *

    1. Note to self: never rely on a GFCI, they will break your heart every time.
I lived in southwest FL 40 years and our freezer was on it's own designated circuit.
