And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
30 miles east or west of St. Louis? You have Scott AFB just east of St. Louis and Whiteman AFB about 150 miles west of St Louis. I'm 90 miles southwest of St. Louis near Cuba. Military aircraft always flying around, including Blackhawks from Ft. Leonard Wood. Coolest thing I saw was a KC-135 refueling a B-2 directly over my house a few months back. Practicing I guess. I think the air guard do the same thing around here. flying low between the hills of western PA. most of the time is once a month or so, nothing in the past 2 weeks though,,,
This sort of thing happens... they told the pilot he had to go to trasher hauler school instead of fighters... :-)
