And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Iggy & Bowie. An odd couple for sure, but they sure made some great music together. Iggy is still above ground and out doing shows with a band young enough to be his grandbabies.
During the nineties I lived in Berlin-Schoeneberg. About 500 meter away from my place there was an appartment which these two bozos had shared back in the Seventies. One time I stopped in front of that house, got into a nostalgic mood and hummed a tune or two...
