Kebabs on the Recteq

 

























Cooked some chicken just before this for next week.  Useful tool, that B380 Bullseye(commission earned)

  2. Hope you did a good marinade.
    I did kebabs the other day. Gave them 24 hours in a oil/lemon juice/soy sauce/worchestershire sauce with garlic and lots of fresh basil and parsely. And a little Tobasco. Flavor balance was perfect . Meat was very tender. Soaked the veg in it for a hour or two.

    2. jeez, after all that stuff you couldn't taste the meat any more.
      Could have just marinated tofu and saved some money and the taste would have been the same.
