And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

It's why I cannot move off the coast. I'm so close to dead at a mere 90º it's horrifying. If I'm anywhere inland in the summer, you have to keep me submerged in water so many hours of every day that I need someone to feed me and do the rest of the world for me. My biology is SO weird it drives everyone nuts.
