This aggressive falcon in South Bay, Los Angeles, didn’t enjoy model plane enthusiasts getting too close to her nest.

  1. The statement that comes to mind when I see this is: "If man was supposed to fly, he'd have wings."

  2. I saw something like this involving a drone. I was hiking on a traverse below a ridge when I noticed a drone above me and following along as I moved. I had just given it the "ur #1" hand signal when out of nowhere a turkey vulture came down and struck it hard enough to send it tumbling out of control. Amazingly, to me anyway, the drone stabilized, regained control and altitude and flew of. We have lots of turkey vultures in this area and I have never seen one take on anything in flight.
