I used a position fixed raindrop type shower in a fancy hotel. I was excited for first shower, whole set up was a personal spa. It sucked, water was running in my eyes and mouth and it was hard to rinse off the rest of the body without submerging your head.
To get that kind of throughput you're going to need 3/4" supply lines. Most homes these days are 1/2" so you'll probably be disappointed. Changing to 3/4" after the fact is not financially feasible.
That picture makes it look larger than it is, . . . in the picture, it looks more like 15 inches by 15 inches. It is a lot smaller in real life. We rented a VRBO rental house last summer. It had one of these in the bathroom. My observation was that there are a lot of companies making these nowadays, and you get what you pay for. Ours leaked, didn't stay in place, not all holes were operational, etc.
We have stayed is numerous hotels in Europe with these type shower heads in the past. The ones we had were huge. Easily 15"x15". Perhaps they make more than one size. I like them.
Is the young lady also included?
