And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Never understood why the neighbors cat could shit on my yard and chase animals in my yard, and come and go from my yard and dwellings whenever the fuck it wants, but my dog, no, we'll call animal control or shoot it.
If you love your animals KEEP THEM AT HOME like virtually all state laws require. There are many reasons, not the least of which is that there are other animals (human and nonhuman) that will trap/hurt/kill them. Also, there is no God Given or Constitutional Right for you to impose your slack standards on the rights of your neighbors.
