A good thing. No family should dominate politics, or be electable due to their name.

  1. Another one...was glad to see he was soundly rejected.

  2. Obama's grandfather Stanley Armour Dunham (March 23, 1918 – February 8, 1992) was the maternal grandfather of Barack Obama, the 44th president of the United States. First cousin of Bush Sr.

  3. It's the dynasty, stupid. Bush 41 and 43 both sucked great big ones, in my opinion. The best that can be said about those two is they were better than the alternatives, but I'm not sure by how much.

  4. George P has held some smaller state offices in Texas up till now, but he never had the backing or political willpower to ever go very far in politics, IMHO. The Bush family political dynasty has been finished for some time before this primary runoff.

Same for the Clintons, thank the Lord.

  5. Interestingly, they have been after Paxton for 7 years now for securities fraud. Bush made a big deal over it. I still couldn't vote for a Bush. It seems if they can't convict after 7 years, there's likely nothing to it.

    1. It is indeed political persecution. He is a patriot and, of course, we can't have that in Globalist America. He also kicked GBjr's rear last night. The people of Texas have awakened,,,, but they are not woke.

    2. Austin voting for Bush. The epitome of irony.

    3. In addition to the newspaper smears, there has been a long line of lawfare efforts against Paxton, in addition to the present one concerning securities. The seat of State Government in Austin is a miniature version of any Progressive State. It's a toxic bloom of progressive corruption that is only kept in check by the generally Red state surrounding it. Nov elections are going to be interesting in Texas this year, with the Hispanic sentiment changes down in The Valley, and the beginnings of backlash in Dallas/Ft Worth, and the possibility of upset in San Antonio.

  6. Bush has made it a point to destroy Texas History and modernize the Alamo as a tourist trap/ party area. Just like all Bushes, just a 3rd world woke democrat
