Iranian warship shot and sunk one of its own ships killing all 40 personnel on board

This might be true.

If so, ALLAHU- AKBAR!!  Or is it snackbar?

According to Arab reports, an Iranian Navy Moudge Class frigate fired towards a vessel called ‘Konarak” during a training exercise.
The Konarak was reportedly tasked with placing targets within the firing zone.
All those flashing lights on the control panel, who knew which one to push first?
Well, they were threatening to sink our navy.  I guess they decided to start by sinking theirs first.

This is the ship they sunk.

  2. Now that is a pity, isn't it. That's one decal that the Moudge Class Frigate can paint proudly on the bridge.
