  3. Great looking cars, especially like the "turbine style" taillights. Having owned a '73 SE Charger though, that year 440 was a performance disappointment after they dropped compression and dialed back the cam to meet emissions.

  4. out of the box, stopping more than once from high speed within ten minutes was problematic. steering was...well, kinda ok. rust was the real color no matter what the factory slathered on the metal. the plastic bits got brittle in two summers if left outside. but hey, what a great car.

    1. Interesting. I sold a '72 Swinger 2 years ago, original paint, perfect houndstooth bench seat interior without a single crack in the dash or rust bubble on the body. Lived its whole life without a garage. But hey, I take care of my shit, regardless of brand... You should try it.
