  1. Nice place. Too bad it is located in California.

    1. I was thinking exactly the same thing. Transplant it to Montana or SD or Wyoming and throw in a trout stream and I'm all in..............

  2. There's a great cafe & BBQ place, The NFB, just up the road on Main St in Ft Bidwell. We always ate there when shipping in & out of the leases on Fee Reservoir Rd.

  3. Not in CA. But a great place and $400K is not unreasonable.

  4. Hope it doesn't snow too much. Shoveling the driveway could cause back problems. Then again on the plus side the odds of an onslaught of Halloween trick-or-treaters is low.

  5. Clad in pine siding located in a forest of Junipers and cheat grass nestled in a windly valley/plain, no water. no egress......I see catastrophic wildfire! YEP, Surprize Valley indeed!
