And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Wow, some very nice scenery there. Love those mountain scenes, I'm a flatlander I'm afraid. Where I live, standing on a phone book affords a better view.
The young lady is certainly demonstrating some fine charm there but from what I recollect, they have some attitude as well. Play with using caution and under no circumstances do them wrong, their Dads and/or Brothers don't take kindly to that.
It just struck me that taking even one of the Friday Open Road postings and visiting each of the locations of the photos would make for a grand and glorious trip. Thanks for sharing these.
She seems to be leaning on an International K series truck. I recognize the window access plate on the door. I had to replace the driver's side window on my 1947 KB-1.
The cowgirl came in first but the Charger was a close second.

ReplyDeleteA good collection this week! (but there is a good collection every week...)
ReplyDeleteThe third photo, nice; even if she is wearing Wrangler and not Levi's.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the post.

DeleteWrangler butts are the best, on or off the open road!
