Testing out a new to me soap and aftershave

It's from Oaken Lab, a product of Indonesia, started and run by an American expat.

Earth of Mankind did indeed smell sort of earthy to me, although Mrs. CW thought it more floral/sweet.

The lather was built by adding a bit of water at a time and vigorously swirling the badger in the very deep tub.  That deepness is nice as it allows you to keep most of the lather inside, and not all over the sink and your hands and everything.  

Slickness was fine, and combined with a double edge razor, provided an excellent quality shave.  

The aftershave I'll have to use some more to get a clear impression of the scent, although it did last a long time.   I'd say it's got a fresh, slightly citrus aroma - it's going to be a good summer shave.
