This guy is on the House Intelligence Committee - apparently for the sole purpose of lowering it's collective IQ

He tweeted this:

Instapundit then schooled him by pointing out this:

Congress can't "appoint" anyone, you constitutional illiterate. It has no power of appointment. Have you even read the Constitution?
