And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Oh, I get that you are in California. I am just mildly envious. I used to take the occasional trip to Scottsdale, AZ this time of year. I enjoyed escaping the snow but very few lawns.
I love good rough and tumble dogs like that one - a Queensland Heeler, I believe. My sainted uncle in Idaho had a series of them, and they were smart, loyal, and tough. Perfect!
I think the flying car this week, although the Dog and the Ocean of Fog were very nice.

DeleteThey are awesome dogs, if a bit HARD headed. My favorite for a working dog is the Border CollieXMcNabb smart, hard working, with lots of heart.
