And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Lockheed A-12R
The Lockheed A-12R “Double-headed eagle” was an advanced, long-range, Mach 3+ strategic reconnaissance aircraft with 4 HALO jumpers.
4 HALO jumpers, @ Mach 3+ and 100,000 feet???? That's just wrong on so many levels. Heck, if they went out with a half second spread, they'd be 10 miles apart each.
The A-12 was designated "Oxcart". They weren't strategic recon so much as they were "armed recon".
