And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I live in northern Wisconsin and fish the rivers extensively. Three times in my life I've had fish on that have been attacked by Musky. Twice with small northerns and once with a bass. With one of the northerns, I hauled it in twice, looked at the bite marks, and flipped it back out for fresh attacks. My kids were young and loved it. Great memories.
Northern Wisconsin, eh? My dad grew up in Frederick, over south of Grant. He could tell weather stories that the Californians had a hard time believing. Nice country for sure.
