And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
One of the few times I think a 'set' is a good idea. Mostly, these all-of-everything kits have dozens of useless pieces and a couple you need. For socket and wrench purchases, buy a set if you can afford it. You'll eventually use most of 'em, and it is usually cheaper. Not sure that DeWalt is a good choice as there is probably a brand premium. I'd buy Kobalt or Harbor Freight new for a value/quality option, or hit garage sales for old USA made SK, Craftsman, Williams, etc- though there's an unjustified premium for USA Craftsman, too, that can be ridiculous.
