  2. She couldn't do that today without a harness and a safety net and no high heels. Besides that, the company lawyers wouldn't let them use the company bird because of mucho legalise that justifies their existence.

    2. 1927-28 Hudson Super Six, not many cars had a triangular emblem on the wheel hub. The Hudson hood ornament was called the Winged Goddess because "we aren't copying Rolls-Royce or Cadillac, no sirree".
      The plane is a Ford Tri-Motor but I can't figure the biplane out. Not many had that strut arrangement and a liquid cooled engine.

    Unlike today where the reverse is true.

  5. Standard Of California is now Chevron. Indiana Standard became Amoco. New Jersey Standard is Exxon. The Socony Vacuum Oil Company of NY is the Flying Red Horse these days.

    All Rockefeller companies.
