  5. Do that in your front yard here and the city would award you an Inspiring Folk Art Award. The newspaper would write an article singing the praises as " Local creator uses recyclables to produce one-of-a-kind artwork." TV would devote 65 seconds showcasing 'Folk art genius'. Meanwhile the neighbors want you and it GONE!
