Tell you a trick I learned really helps make one close to non stick, its easy, sand the face as fine as possible, 600grit is good, season, then break it in.
The one I bought 2 years ago was all pebbly textured on the inside. I spent 2 hours with the random orbital sander and grits up to 600 to get it where it needed to be.
I have all three sizes above thanks to the local students throwing away their ironmongery at the ends of various semesters.
