  2. How I hate that name even though I love the loco. There were plenty of wonderful names on the original A1s so they spent a fortune building a replica and called it 4king Tornado . . .

  3. Left hand running like the cars. 3 cylinder engine and vacuum not air brakes. Named Tornado after the British Air Force jet. Around 2500 hp and can hit 100mph.

The digital screen is likely Advanced Warning System (AWS) or other on-train automatic train control systems like those used in the ETCS (European Train Control System), their version of PTC (Positive Train Control). Union Pacific's Big Boy steam locomotive has a digital PTC screen in the cab.
