  1. Local place in Martinsburg has a few of them, ready to play. Has 'tournaments' one night a week, and there is always a lineup of players. Go find Travis at Mountaineer Meat Smokers MVP Arena, if anyone is passing through.

  2. Basic training at the Royal Dutch Airforce back in 1970: one quarter could keep me busy for hours until somebody came in to 'adjust it'. No more. 😥

  4. Spent a lot of change on those in my misspent youth. As I remember it was $0.10/game or 3 for a quarter....

  5. I think everyone back then knew a pinball wizard. He or she may not have been blind but they could bump the table to get the ball in position whereas I always got "TILT". Used to burn my backside being a competitive youngster.

    1. My grandparents considered pinball machines the same as you consider the internet.

    1. If you use Firefox, open the link in a new tab and immediately click Ctrl-Alt-R - that will open it in Reader View and bypass the paywall.

    2. I normally use chrome, but just now tried firefox and that page opened up with no issue, didn't have to do the ctrl-alt-r.

  10. Refurbing a 1953 "Rose Bowl" PBM by Gottlieb in my spare room this winter
All "real" wood cabinet, side rails, and legs. Winter project. All new rebound rubbers.
Setting the point gaps on the rebound bumpers is tedious. Back glass art is fair to good condition.
