  2. A most toothsome delicacy indeed! Can just smell and taste it. Expertly prepared for sure
    Shoulder pork is excellent. We get whole shoulders when on sale, grind them up for sausage, very tasty, just right amount of fat. For roasting/hot smoking, we try to find bone in ones, lot of nutrition from bone in meats, think thy have better flavor too.

    Cooked too much and you may as well eat ground pork.
