  3. as a kid in the 60's, my younger brother and I subscribed to four magazines -- Pop Mech, Pop Science, Mechanix Illustrated and Boys Life. Great reading, opened our eyes! You can still find them on Google Books

  6. After MAD Magazine, that was my favorite, great to roll them up and stuff in my Boy Scout pack.

  7. That'd be hard to stall, but easy to flat spin, and probably underpowered even if that was a turboprop.

    Always easier to draw ideas than fly them.
