And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I've seen that in the bay, only it had at least an 8 ft wingspan. Word is that they'll circle around a group of baitfish, then fly up and land splat on top of the bait, stunning them. Then swim in circles and eat the stunned bait. The one I saw would actually fly up, flip over and land on its back. Sounded like a cannon - BOOM - and then you'd see the wing tips as it circled around eating. Pause, and then another flip and BOOM. Over and over.
