And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The internet says this is Jimi Hendrix aged 16 with his first electric guitar, 1959.
1951-1953 Oldsmobile 98 Coupe. Probably a Holiday, i.e. hardtop in background. Look at the length of that trunk. You could stack bodies in there like cordwood. 303ci, 4Bbl, 4speed Hydromatic. Fast lead sled. You couldn't stop it. That is why there aren't many around. LOL Great picture all around.
Guy who bought foreclosures in south Seattle was telling war stories. He remembered one house they had to clear out and haul away immediately. Upstairs was filled with music equipment - guitars, amps, keyboards, music, the works. Out the window it went to smash on the ground and get hauled away to the dump. It turned out to be the house of Jimi Hendrix’s uncle
