The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? I had a blue Series 3 just like the one in the picture. Electrics are as basic as you can get, no electronics, just plain simple switches, a few old fashioned relays, bulbs and motors. Couldn't be simpler. The whole thing is simple and basic.
In my country English stuff was about all you could buy way back. Locals fitted a GM straight six, 186 cubic inch motor, into them which made them pretty useful and reliable.
Deep pockets needed. Oh and drip trays!

ReplyDeleteLucas electrics. The English drink their beer warm. The English use Lucas refrigerators. I live the Toyota.is a "better" choice, but that's just me.
