And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Been there, done that, but with a 3/4 ton Suburban. Was driving around a sandy point of land looking for a good scuba diving spot, and on the way back my dive buddy was like “just cut across the middle” there was apparently a good reason none of the other trucks had taken that route…. Thankfully got pulled out before the tide came back in.
That sand is much too coarse with too much gravel. It gets looser when wet. More fine grained and more pure sand compacts and gets firmer when wet. Gotta grow up on a ranch with an intermittently dry sand bed river through it.
If the sand looked solid it was because the lens in your bellybutton distorted the view. Gitcher head outta yerass.
