And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Yes! Chaplin was a commie, but Harold Lloyd might have been the most amazing of those three. He only had 3 fingers on one hand but still did those amazing stunts, especially when he was hanging from the clock hand.
We need more Buster Keatons in our lives. To say that the man was a comc genius is such an understatement. There's no one in what passes for entertainment today that comes anywhere near to what he could do.
