And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Whole upper surface of the aircraft is creating a localized low pressure area. A wing can be thought of as kinda sorta, "sucked" up into the air by this low pressure area created above it. Just as the phrase, "heat of compression" is true in the way a diesel engine ignites fuel, adiabatic cooling reduces the localized temperature to below the dew point in some circumstances and...instant "cloud". Knowing even a little about the physics going on around you is mind boggling. I'm convinced that's why Einstein's hair looked like it did. Knowing what he knew would have me pushing my hands through my hair regularly as well.

ReplyDeleteYes, making the cloud might be more accurate. Fun!
ReplyDeleteWhy did I read that as, "...heat of compassion...."?
