And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Unless they've changed manufacturing in the last 6 years, this is not worth any money. The edge will bend upon contact with pretty much anything, and your wavy cutting edge doesn't do much cutting. The balance is weird, making it tiring to use.
I've got three, and they are all the same, and relegated to being buried in the back of the truck for zombies, not actual use.
I keep one in my concrete mixer for hacking the odd tree. Its several years old but, while useful, is pretty flimsy. You have to sharpen the saw teeth to cut anything. Just as well it was cheapish.

ReplyDeleteThe handle is a bit too big for normal size hands, making it fatiguing to use.

ReplyDeletesaw teeth on a machete are a mostly pain in the ass. and unless you've got a hard case for it a canvas one gets torn up pretty quickly.
