  1. You have to have a roll bar on the 2 door Jeeps. I rolled one in first gear at less than 10 mph on a hard right turn. My dad was pissed at me until he laid it on it's side a week later. Our was an Army surplus Jeep made by Ford in 45. Dad bought it in 65 for the family farm. It cured me of ever wanting a Jeep as a daily driver.

    1. First thing we did to CJs was put Scout or full size truck housings under them to widen the stance. Dana 44 in front and 60 in the rear. No spacers an offset BS.

    2. Alternative is to go around corners at less than 10 mph - and stay off the accelerator. Mine does OK on original with original-style narrow tires largely because I coast around corners. Definitely have to go easy, but I've never been uncomfortable with it in corners. On the other hand, I have a six-point roll bar/cage bolted on mine :-) .

  2. Probably has zero oil pressure due to the pick-up being uncovered. Then engine failure after the crank wipes out the bearings. Thereafter eaten by coyotes trying to walk back to the trail head.
