Too Far Gone

  1. Maybe, maybe not. My late father-in-law resurrected an older Fordson that bad once, one of many basket case Binders and John Deere and the like that he breathed the life back into. That man had the touch!

  2. Straight 6 flathead. Might still even have the magneto from what I can see in the photo. No, not too far gone. I think it would be worth getting it running again and probably not that hard. A bit of sandblasting and wire brush work and it will look presentable. Even the radiator looks like it will hold coolant.

  3. Open exhaust and intake; not good. If it turns over, that would be great. Depending on parts availability, see what it needs. Otherwise, drag it out to the front lawn center proper and paint it.

  6. Bring it in out of the rain! Park it in a barn, someday, somewhere, someone will see its value!

  7. That is still salvageable. The cylinders and pistons are the big problem, with the manifold missing. But old and simple are easier to repair, than modern and complex.
