And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Terrible tomato season last year. Hoping this year will be way better.
OH yum! Aren't those gorgeous? Of those pictured, I've grown Beefsteak, one of the Boar series, a couple of the ox-heart type, Berkeley Tie Dye, Green Zebra, along with varieties similar to some of the others. I think I have seeds for Orange Hat in there but haven't grown it out yet. They each have something special going for them, all are so good we could live on them exclusively for at least the first month! :-)
Preach it, sister! So far here the tomatoes look great. I've even got some mystery toms coming up from seed that I tucked into their permanent garden places this weekend. I want to feast on fresh tomatoes RIGHT NOW!! But gardening teaches patience - a virtue.
What’s your favorite? I had tons of Kelloggs before. Really great. My favorite is Elbe. I’m growing twelve new varieties this season. Good luck this year!
Try growing them in strawbales. I usually plant 6 varieties and am always giving away more than I can use. No work, no weeding, just fertilizing and watering.
