Oh my!

  1. I do that a couple times a month. Slice up some tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper and parmesan and chives. Gobble.

  2. Add fresh mozzarella balls and chopped basil, splash balsamic vinegar

  3. Dice garden tomatoes and lots of basil, add sliced kalamata olives, toss with 1/4 to 1/2 cup amari valley olive oil infused with two cloves garlic. Do not cook. Serve over pasta, garnish with feta. Been dining on it every August for 20 years.
