  5. I'm thinking Japanese Nattō but made with large grubs rather than soy beans.

  6. Had this for dinner last night. Use sausage for the fat in the roux, and a mix of neuftachel and sharp cheddar cheese. Stir in the butterfly or rotini noodles and green onions, dust with parm and stick under the broiler until golden brown.
