  1. And NO kid that ever fired that thing ever became a school shooter. Imagine that.

    1. You could bring them to school for show and tell when I was a kid in the early 1950s. Most of the male teachers then were combat vets of WW-II, not the pussy Trans-huggers we have today.

    2. When guns are outlawed only outlaws and the government will have guns.

My cousin had a shop teacher who gave a 'demonstration' in class one day. He put a rifle primer on the shop floor and hit it with a hammer. It blew a little chunk of concrete into his foot, whereupon both he and the class laughed out loud.
This was back in the '60s. aka: The good old days.

  2. I liked to hit a roll of caps with a hammer. Duck and cover.

  3. We used to cut the heads off of several hundred matches and put them in a jar. The flame that shot out of the jar when light was amazing.

  4. Match heads in a metal container along with a sharp rock. Then chuck it so it bounces on the ground a few times.

  5. I had a friend that got one of those for Christmas, and I didn't. Sad.
But you could go through a weeks allowance pretty fast buying the 'ammo'.

  6. More than ten round capacity, vertical grip forward of the trigger, a muzzle device, no serial number, under aged. That kid would be doing hard time in CA.

    1. But it didn't have that thing that goes up, so it is OK.
I never heard of that gun, but early 60's I had a 50 fanner.

    2. Do any of you remember that little science experiment with an old glass 5 gal. Sparklett's bottle, alcohol and a match?
Pour some alcohol in the bottle, roll it around really well to fume the inside, then set it on it's bottom & drop a lit match in.
Shot a 4-ft. flame out the neck & made a hell of a boat whistle sound.
