And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

150 million year old dinosaur footprints in France
Always amazed that scientists get fooled by a world that was created already mature and old, as in Adam and Eve appeared on earth as adults having never known growing up. Same with rest of world Creatio ex nihilo. Scandalous I know but works for me.
Catastrophism is a theory too. But both theories are at play and correct. The inaccuracy is not in the theory but in them who say one is correct, but the other is not.
