And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Former CIA director: 'It’s going abysmally' for Putin
Putin is tearing off the chunk of Ukraine he wants and demonstrating something fundamental to the pussies in NATO. He meant what he said and he is making it very clear that he holds them to their word as well. He doesn't want the whole Ukraine, just the bits he called for. The West's answer shows very clearly who is running things in Europe and it aint Biden, the US or NATO. The soft power BS of sanctions will wither when Putin stops in Ukraine, partitions it just as Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia were partioned along ethnic lines and declares victory and announces that there will be no more gas or oil until 100% of the sanctions are lifted.
I have no idea how the Russian military is doing. I don't think anyone else (outside a few players with inside information) knows either. I do know that he is getting his butt whooped in the court of public opinion. Will it matter? To soon to tell.
Are things going as well for the Russians in Ukraine as they thought they were going to? I doubt it. Wars never go as planned. Will Russia prevail eventually? Almost certainly. The real questions being what will NATO and the US do that may further alienate Russia....to an extent that could lead to an actual WWIII. Something that would almost certainly result in a nuclear exchange of some kind. The Russian army isn't sending in their A team on this one. They've got that held in reserve for other contingencies. Even so Ukraine can't win....the most they can do is give the Russians a bloody nose and a large bill in blood.
What a pathetic pussy Petraeus is

DeleteThere is something going on we do not see; nothing is as it seems and I don't trust a single thing from the federal bullshit artists.
DeleteAgree, as well.
DeleteThe first casualty of war is the truth.
Lying piece of criminal gov't shit.
ReplyDeleteI wathched some CNN yesterday for half an hour. They told me Putin is mentally unstable at least 4 times every minute.
ReplyDeleteYeah, plus he's short. They're going to insult him out of Ukraine, a winning strategy. Did I mention, he's to blame for inflation?
DeleteFrom CNN and the CIA: Two of the most trusted organizations in history.

ReplyDeleteMaybe. But I sure as hell wouldn't trust getting the whole, or even the true story from the CIA.

The media has turned into the Democrats Propaganda Ministry, nothing they say can be believed without other verification.

Anything spouted by CNN is sure to be misleading, or an outright lie. They, as well as most media outlets have long ago lost their credibility.
ReplyDeleteShe left off disgraced cheating husband lying general.
