And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Woke Hollywood and the television holding companies would never allow this to be seen in today's 'market'.
I remember this comedy cartoon series from the '60s, a father figure dog and the pup getting into funny situations. With the big dog always with a funny manner to explain wholesome values to the pup.
One of my favorites from the 1950's. I will never forget how surprised I was the first time I saw the show on a color TV, that Huckleberry Hound was BLUE! (at five or six years old, I had no clue what a huckleberry was either).
