And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Klein 9-N pliers. Busted rods for a couple of years on road bed. We called the (side-cutters) dykes.......mistake pliers. Good reason can't bend today.
Bet I have a dozen of these, all good brands. Rebar cutting and bending? Not in this or any other universe. They are used in rebar work to bend and cut the medium gauge steel wire used to tie the rods together...not the rebar.
Pro tip: When your wife drags to to the “Estate Sale” look in the tools section for old Klein pliers and cutters. Meh? Several at .25 to a buck. Just saying.
Klein; hands down the best wireman's tools.

ReplyDeleteI have a pair of those, and a linesman's pliers, that I bought in '69. They still cut anything.
